• Key has always been Courteous and helpful, taking as much time as needed to explain medications and usage. Always timely in dispensing and telling me when it would be sent.
• The original medication my dr prescribed was $188 a month and there was little benefit. The dose was doubled at $376 a month with little benefit. I was then given a prescription to Key Pharmacy and it was $30/mo and had significant benefit. I have now been on it for 10 yrs. Think of the benefits and savings ($36,000)
• I have CRPS/RSD which is rated by the McGill Pain Index as the most painful form of Chronic pain that exists today. It is a progressive disease that attacks the Autonomic and Sympathetic Nervous System. The pain is constant & extremely intense. I am fortunate that Key Compounding treats me like a person with a Chronic Pain Disease and not a drug seeker. Marina Pereshitii is an outstanding, caring employee whom I've dealt with many times. She deserves a raise because she always makes me feel like I matter. So many pharmacies are very rude to patients with Chronic Pain diseases. Thank you Key Compounding for your excellent service.

• Working with Key Compounding Pharmacy has in the past and still does, far surpass working with the local "regular pharmacy" who somehow seem to believe that all generics are created equal - that "inactive" listed ingredients and binders, etc and dyes can cause no reactions or problems. It is unbelievable that some pharmacies today can dictate what a doctor can prescribe and how much, how strong, without even talking to me the patient, the customer, who is now more at their and the insurance companies mercies than ever before. I was married to a pharmacist for 32 yrs who must be turning over in his resting place with what is and has happened to a profession he loved. because of his superiority in practicing his profession- like Key Pharmacy- I never realized until his death how difficult it would become to be a "regular" customer.
